1. Buyback Guarantee
Kilt Co. offers a 90-Day Buyback Guarantee on all standard Grinder Shovel inventory. If any units remain unsold, we will repurchase them from you at 100% of the original wholesale price paid, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility

The guarantee applies only to the Grinder Shovel - Launch Kit purchased directly from Kilt Co..

Units must be new, unused, and in original, unopened packaging.

Claim must be submitted within 90 days from the date of delivery (as shown on the shipping confirmation).

This guarantee does not apply to custom orders, private-label products, or promotional/special-order items unless explicitly agreed to in writing by Kilt Co.
3. Conditions and Exclusions

Product must be in resaleable condition. Any damaged, opened, altered, or soiled units are ineligible for buyback.

Kilt Co. reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise upon receipt. We may reject units that do not meet the above standards.

No restocking or administrative fees will be charged on approved buybacks.

Buyer is responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
4. Return Procedure

Contact Kilt Co. at support@wearekiltco.com within the 90-day window. Include your order number, invoice number, quantity of units to be returned, and reason for return.

Upon approval, Kilt Co. will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid return shipping label (or reimburse reasonable shipping costs for smaller orders).

Ship the approved units back to the address provided in the RMA.

After we receive and inspect the merchandise, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
5. General Provisions

This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original Buyer.

Kilt Co. may modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising under this guarantee shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio.

This document does not create any additional warranties beyond those expressly stated. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By accepting delivery of Grinder Shovel products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Buyback Guarantee Terms & Conditions.
